People’s Emergency Briefing Community Screenings Fund
Dundee Changemakers Hub is offering 10 funding grants of £100 to support community groups across Dundee to host a screening of the People’s Emergency Briefing.
The original National Emergency Briefing took place on 27 November 2025 at Central Hall in London, bringing together more than 1,250 MPs, peers, business leaders, media representatives and faith groups to hear from leading experts on the realities of environmental breakdown.
The People’s Emergency Briefings are the next step in taking this important conversation into communities across the UK, creating spaces where people can come together, hear the evidence, discuss the impacts already being felt locally, and explore meaningful action together.
Why host a screening?
The People’s Emergency Briefing is a brilliant opportunity to bring people together around issues already affecting communities, including:
-
Flooding and extreme weather
-
Rising food and energy costs
-
Air pollution and public health
-
Nature and biodiversity loss
-
The wider cost of living crisis
If your group cares about the future of your community and wants to encourage informed, hopeful conversation and action, this screening is for you.
